"So bought a low torque clock from this joke of a store called hobby lobby.\n\nGot it home, reviewed it with 3 stars due to play in one of the hands and after trying to put a battery on, a corner broke off. It still worked, but mentioned the quality as being what you get when China sells you items. Got an email stating my comment didn't meet their rules. So this company doesn't want you to know they sell Chinese junk. They lost my hundreds of $$$ i spend every year and will make sure I never recommend them to anyone. I've never shopped Michael's, but where I live, I would pass 3 or 4 hobby lobbies to get to Michael's from now on."

"I love how you guys are promoting sales on Christmas decor... yet you canceled everything on my order weeks prior to Black Friday even happening. I did not receive even one of my items even though you guys showed all of it was in stock. Absolute bs in my opinion. Definitely makes me think twice before ordering from you again. "Not a resident and found out the hard way store associates steel from customers. Purchased from this location and the store associate kept two items. Store manager is aware of the situation and refused to process a refund to the original form of payment. Out-of-state shoppers beware. Had to dispute the amounts with my bank on account of the dishonest store associate and her manager condoning her (associate) actions."
