"It would help if they would answer their phones!! The overall experience getting my license was a nightmare. I did it online and it took months to get it. Also, when you call no one answers so they have to call you back. They call you back but then you get transferred and then they have to call you back again. It needs to be improved and it is a major headache. I had to take off work too. Also, it was hard to get an appointment!!!"
