I'm experiencing the exact same issue right now using the TNT app on my Apple TV 4. I swipe up during my program and toggle the CC on/off switch and neither direction works. I went to the Apple TV settings and turned off CC in the accessibility menu and that hasn't worked. Closed captions are stuck on and I'm freaking out.

The Keynote will be available to stream on , the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I have the Apple TV app downloaded to my Samsung smart TV. When I go to accessibility > subtitles and captioning I do not have the options Closed Captions and SDH. I only have a style option. I want to permanently turn the captions/subtitles off. How do I do this without the option needed in my settings?

You can not watch TNT live on ATV since it is a channle, but you can watch the shows that TNT has buyting them from iTunes or or subscribing to Hulu or Netflix to watch the shows on ATV.
