The pregame show airs from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. (or so) Central time. Texas Tech announced Tuesday the first two hours of the show will take place in the green area West of Jones AT&T Stadium next to the parking lot. Following Texas Tech’s 43-20 victory over Kansas State, the network announced Saturday night that its flagship pregame show will broadcast live from the Hub City next weekend. It will mark the first time since 2008 that College GameDay has originated from Texas Tech’s campus.

ESPN’s College Gameday announced that they will be on site in Lubbock for BYU-Texas Tech on 8. College Gameday begins at 9am ET and runs for three hours on ESPN. BYU was last in the College Gameday matchup in 2020 when they lost to Coastal Carolina on the teal turf.
