During the Enquirer-hosted mayoral debate at Xavier University, Bowman looked and sounded out of his depth. His answers were heavy on broad platitudes and light on actionable solutions. Pureval, for all his challenges, exposed Bowman’s lack of preparation and limited grasp of city issues.
