The field at Acrisure Stadium continues to appear to be nearly equal parts grass and sand. The attached photo was taken on Sunday morning, in the hours before the Steelers will host the Colts. No game has been played there since last Sunday night, when the Packers beat the Steelers.

Yet, as an NFLPA source noted, not all grass fields are equal. Acrisure Stadium actually received votes for best surface in The Athletic poll, but in a 2010 NFLPA survey, Pittsburgh was voted to have the worst grass surface in the league.

With new grass at Acrisure, Mike Tomlin addressed whether or not he had concerns over conditions. His response? He's going to stay in his lane.
