The Cincinnati Reds announced a number of staff changes on Monday afternoon. Willie Harris has been promoted to third base coach. Harris served as the manager of Cincinnati's Low-A affiliate, the Daytona Tortugas, in 2025. The Tortugas made a run in the playoffs before falling in the championship.

Brad Mills, 68, retired after a final season as Terry Francona's bench coach. Mike Napoli and Willie Harris were promoted in staff shuffle for 2026.
